Today is my last day at work and the beginning of my unemployment volunteering =p Figure I will have to leave soon, I decided to spend some father and daughter time tonight. Since my dad is such a picky eater, he likes nothing but
asian Chinese food. It is difficult to find quality
Chinese aside from Chinatown. But traffic tonight is just terrible, probably will take us 1.5 hrs just to cross the Holland tunnel. So the next best thing is Burger King.. lol.. how classy.. and afterward we went to Marshalls to do some shopping/exercise because he wants to get some winter hat.
After trying on 10 different hats, he decided he wants the trooper hat style. But the one he had one was little too small for his head. As a daughter/expert shopper, I believe is my duty to find one that fit him. So I went around gather a couple more for him to try on. But seriously sometime I think I must have a shopping god looking after me, I always manage to find some good deals. I found this plaid trooper hat with rabbit fur for 20 bucks!Similar ones with faux fur are selling around $13 at marshalls $20 at retails. Now for a little more.. the rabbit fur is so much nicer. And the crazy thing is that I wasn't looking for myself one but I found the same one in red and smaller size! Both of them are the only rabbit ones in the store, Large black one for him and a red one for me, I seriously think is meant to be. Other people have fairy god mother, I have a fairy shopping god. Now my dad and I can go out in the cold in style with our matching rabbit hat. <3
